Brittany Carver is a passionate and experienced long-term care professional with over 10 years devoted to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors. Originally from Idaho, Brittany’s journey began as a skilled nursing administrator, where she spent five years leading teams and creating warm, supportive environments for residents and staff alike.

Brittany then spent four years working with a senior living association, gaining valuable insight into the industry’s challenges and the needs of communities. This experience deepened her commitment to advocating for better care and stronger support for residents and staff across the senior living field.

Outside of work, Brittany’s happiest moments are spent with her husband Paul and their lively 2-year-old daughter. She’s also a big fan of movies, popcorn, and Diet Coke—little joys that keep her energized and inspired every day.

With a heart for service and a joyful spirit, Brittany brings positivity, dedication, and a fresh perspective to the Senior Care industry.
