Pay starts at $35 an hour and is negotiable depending on experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced, innovative and caring nurse that is committed to excellence to join Springs Gardens Senior Living team. Spring Gardens Assisted Living is St. George’s premiere senior community that was recently voted “Best of Southern Utah.” The Director of Nursing will oversee all aspects of resident care and the clinical team.

What support can I expect in order to do my job well?
As the DON, you are the leader and organizer of healthcare services at one location, while having the infrastructure you need from a respected company. If nursing is your foundation, then Spring Gardens Senior Living team wants to be your support team. We offer a Regional support team and frequent opportunities for continuing education. We use PointClickCare for patient charting, which is a robust and state of the art electronic medical records software.
What qualifications must I have?
The DON is an RN candidate and has a passion for working with seniors and a desire to lead a team of caregivers in providing the best possible care for seniors. Ideal candidate has expert level of organization and team building skills. This candidate will have the opportunity to join our Enhance Protocol Team a nationally recognized approach to help individuals programmatically identify the cause of dementia and implement individualized treatment plan. We hope to find a candidate that is knowledgeable in integrative medicine and a passion for whole wellness to truly improve resident quality of care.
