Jillian Dean

Operations Coordinator

Beginning her professional healthcare experience over 17 years ago, Jillian brings a lifelong passion for senior care to her role at UALA. Having grown up with a grandpa and dad that owned and operated skilled nursing facilities, she developed a deep appreciation for compassionate care and quality service from an early age.

After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and her Recreational Therapy license, Jillian began her career as an Activities Director and went on to serve in a variety of leadership roles within skilled nursing and assisted living communities. She and her husband later owned and operated their own skilled nursing facility, further deepening her understanding of the operational and human sides of care.

Along with this professional experience Jillian previously worked with a healthcare association on special projects and has also played a key role in supporting her local education initiatives, serving on several councils and subcommittees within her school district. She is excited to bring her experience, collaboration, and passion for community service to UALA.

In her free time, Jillian enjoys hiking, reading, junior mints, and spending time with her husband and their four children.
