Her passion for assisted living began in high school when she took a job serving food at an assisted living community. What started as a simple job quickly became a calling as she fell in love with the residents, the relationships, and the meaningful impact of the industry. That experience shaped her belief that businesses are built around people, and that people should always come first.

Today, Macall serves as the Director of Operations at Banyan Consulting Group, where she combines her leadership, operational knowledge, and people centered approach to support organizations and teams throughout senior living. Through her professional experience and ongoing education, she has continued to grow her skills in business operations, leadership, and problem solving while staying grounded in her commitment to humanity driven interactions.
