Having served a total of nine years on the Utah Assisted Living Association Board across two previous terms, Rick has developed a deep appreciation for the collective impact of the association and the importance of strong industry advocacy. He believes the assisted living industry thrives because of the compassion, commitment, and collaboration of its members.
