President / Owner — A Level Ventures, LLC DBA Beehive Homes of Vernal, Naples and Maeser
Accomplishments – Purchased and turned around three struggling Assisted Living facilities in Vernal, UT. Implemented a whole new business practices and management tactics. Went from 65% occupied and heavy losses to break even in 6 months and have sustained 95% occupancy and strong year over year growth ever since. We implemented new systems, measures, and accountability within the business to ensure that the resident was the focal point of our business. Believing that as long as we do what’s right for our resident that would be ultimately what was right for the business. That focus on resident care and building relationships with the families changed the culture of the business and it went from over 100% staff turn over to 30% turn over annually. I have created a strong reputation in the community as a result of those efforts. We know enjoy multiple strong referral relationships and have enjoyed a waiting list for the last 3 years. To this day I’m very involved with the business and manage the operations, accounting, staffing, marketing, etc.
