Johnny DelVecchio

Johnny has been a successful Executive Director in Utah for the last 7 years and has worked in senior living for over 14 years. He is a proven sales leader helping his community achieve astronomical census growth and has extensive experience as a culinary leader. Prior to entering senior living, he was an award-winning restaurant owner in Las Vegas! Johnny met his wife in the industry, They have 3 beautiful daughters and a granddaughter.  Johnny currently serves as Secretary on the Utah Assisted Living Association’s Board where he’s been involved for many years. Most importantly, Johnny is proud of his leadership and communication skills. He believes in culture as being the backbone to any successful team and fulfills his passion by serving our seniors.
