Rachel Jones

Rachel is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in the Senior Living industry, where she has consistently driven positive change. Her journey in the field began at just 16 when she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Rachel's deep-rooted passion for caregiving was sparked early in life, being the eldest of five siblings, including a sister with severe disabilities. This personal experience shaped her lifelong commitment to providing compassionate care and improving the lives of others.

Rachel earned her degree in Recreational Therapy and went on to become a Healthcare Administrator, gaining extensive expertise across various roles in the senior care sector. Today, she is the founder and partner of Wasatch Senior Living, where her leadership continues to inspire excellence in senior care.

Beyond her management role, Rachel is a dedicated educator, actively sharing her knowledge and experience with others in the Senior Living community. She finds immense fulfillment in face-to-face interactions with both staff and residents, drawing motivation from the meaningful relationships she builds.

When she’s not making a difference at work, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and six children, embracing the beauty of nature and family life.
